Job Description

FSBC is a leading Video Surveillance, Video Analytics System, Enterprise Network System, Access Control System, PA System, PABX System, Interactive Visual Display System, Undercarriage Scanning System, LED Light System, Etc. provider in Bangladesh. Is currently inviting application for :

Responsibilities

— Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks and applications

— Continuously monitor and maintain systems and networks

— Respond to technical support calls from other staff members or clients and communicate how to resolve issues

— Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network problems, software faults or hardware complications

— Keep a record of issues, along with solutions, to refer back to in future instances.

— Monitor, Setup & Troubleshoot CCTV & Access Control devices.

— Track & Maintain Related Product & Hardware Inventory.

— Monitor & Maintain Computer systems, networks and repair/replace if needed.

— Coordinate with IT Team for Smooth IT operation.

— Install and configure of Video Surveillance System, Video Analytics System, Enterprise Network System, Access Control System, PA system & PABX System.

Qualification

Bachelor degree in CSE/CS/IT from any reputed University.With minimum 3- 4 years of relevant experience will get priority.

Skill & Experience

— MS OFFICE applications and Design Applications working knowledge

— Good capability communication in English will be a plus.

— Experience in the fields of Video Surveillance System, Video Analytics System, Enterprise Network System, Access Control System, PA System, PABX System, etc. will be given priority.
