Job Description
We need A Tech HR professional with staff augmentation experience, who can handles a job description focused on sourcing, screening, and managing temporary, skilled IT contractors to fill skill gaps and meet project needs for clients. This involves understanding tech skills, performing targeted talent acquisition using networks and job boards, managing client relationships, ensuring smooth integration of external workers into existing teams, and implementing HR tech solutions for onboarding and performance tracking.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Sourcing: Utilize job boards, professional networks, and other channels to find qualified IT professionals with in-demand skills. Screening & Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to verify technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for client engagements. Contract Management: Handle the administrative aspects of contract staffing, including negotiations and ensuring compliance with regulations. Workforce Planning & Management: Needs Assessment: Collaborate with project managers and department heads to identify specific skill gaps and project staffing requirements. Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth integration process for augmented staff, including necessary tool access and project introductions. Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of external professionals using HR tech tools to ensure quality and meet client expectations. Client & Stakeholder Relations: Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with clients regarding candidate availability, project needs, and performance feedback. Process Development: Establish and document clear processes for onboarding, project management, and feedback to ensure consistency and efficiency. Integration with HR Tech: Leverage Technology: Use HR technology for efficient recruitment, candidate communication, workforce management, and performance tracking.
