Job Description

CCTV technician installs, maintains, and repairs closed-circuit television systems for security and surveillance. Key responsibilities include site surveys, hardware installation (cameras, DVRs/NVRs, cabling), system configuration, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.  They may also integrate systems with other security components and provide client support. 

Responsibilities

1. Setting up CCTV systems, including cameras, wiring, and recording devices, as well as configuring software and network connections.  2. Regularly inspecting and testing CCTV equipment to ensure optimal performance and identifying potential issues before they escalate.  3. Diagnosing and repairing faults in CCTV systems, including camera malfunctions, wiring problems, and software errors.  4. Interacting with clients to address their concerns, provide support, and explain the operation of the system.  5.Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth and secure operation of IT infrastructure.IT Technicians are essential for maintaining an organization's technological capabilities and productivity.Configuring,monitoring, and maintaining LAN/WAN networks, ensuring network security and connectivity. 06 Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. Ability to UTP /Fiber Cable laying.

Qualification
Diploma degree in computer engineering.
Skill & Experience
Must be need IT/Telecom/ISP/Online business-related field experience.      Age 22 to 35 years Good skill in English reading, writing —Experience in the fields of Video Surveillance System, Video Analytics System, Enterprise Network System, Access Control System, PA System, PABX System, etc. will be given priority Computer literacy is a must.
