Job Description

FSBC is a leading Video Surveillance, Video Analytics System, Enterprise Network System, Access Control System, PA System, PABX System, Interactive Visual Display System, Undercarriage Scanning System, LED Light System, Etc. provider in Bangladesh. Is currently inviting application for :

Responsibilities

nstall and configure computer hardware, software, networks and applications

Continuously monitor and maintain systems and networks

Respond to technical support calls from other staff members or clients and communicate how to resolve issues

Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network problems, software faults or hardware complications

Support the roll-out of new applications.

Keep a record of issues, along with solutions, to refer back to in future instances.

Monitor, Setup & Troubleshoot CCTV & Access Control devices.

Track & Maintain Related Product & Hardware Inventory.

Monitor & Maintain Computer systems, networks and repair/replace if needed.

Coordinate with IT Team for Smooth IT operation.

Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic.

Qualification

Bachelor degree/ Diploma in CSE/CS/IT from any reputed Institutes.With minimum 2- 3 years of relevant experience will get priority.

Must be needed IT/Telecom/ISP-related field experience.

Valid CCNA Certification Mus

Skill & Experience

MS OFFICE applications and Design Applications working knowledge

Good capability communication in English will be a plus.

Experience in the fields of Video Surveillance System, Video Analytics System, Enterprise Network System, Access Control System, PA System, PABX System, etc. will be given priority.
