We're not just creating skincare — we're redefining how science meets beauty. Our products combine clinical-grade formulations with dermatologist-backed innovation, designed exclusively for South Asian skin. Now, we're setting up operations in Bangladesh and looking for a visionary CEO to lead the journey.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a hands-on, growth-driven CEO who can take EPIDERRA Bangladesh from launch to leadership. This is not a desk job — it’s a mission. You'll be the driving force behind: « Raising capital to fuel our next growth phase. Building a nationwide sub-dealer network and distribution system. * Creating strong alliances with dermatologists and skincare professionals. * Managing product development costs, manufacturing, and monthly burn rate like a true startup operator. If you understand how to scale a brand, attract investors, and build teams from the ground up — we want to meet you.

Qualification

* 8+ years in leadership, fundraising, or business development roles (FMCG, skincare, pharma, or health tech preferred). * Proven success in raising capital or managing investor relations. Strong network in healthcare or dermatology sectors. ¢ Grit, agility, and the hunger to build something iconic from scratch. + A business or science background (MBA is a plus, but vision matters most).
