Job Description
Sales & Market Growth
· Meet
or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Develop
and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned area.
· Explore
new market opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
Client & Dealer Management
· Build
and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and distributors.
· Manage
orders and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Oversee
dealer network performance and ensure timely product distribution.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
· Conduct
competitor analysis and monitor industry trends.
· Prepare
and submit detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor
activities.
Operations & Coordination
· Collaborate
with logistics, production, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
· Ensure
consistent product availability and market visibility.
· Coordinate
promotional activities, product launches, and field demonstrations.
Responsibilities
Specific Role:
o Developing and implementing sales strategies for a specific area.
o Ensuring product availability and visibility.
o Monitoring competitor activities and reporting findings.
o Managing dealers and ensuring timely product distribution.
Qualification
- Minimum: HSC or Bachelor’s Degree from Agri or business-related field.
Skill & Experience
- Experience:
- 0–3 years in agro-product sales.
- Field sales or retail/channel sales experience preferred.
- Fresh graduates with internships in agri-sales are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Competence:
- Understanding of regional crops, farming cycles, and local agricultural practices.
- Familiarity with agro-products, organic farming trends, and rice milling technologies.
