An Exciting Leadership Opportunity An upcoming Automotive E-Commerce Company in Bangladesh is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join its leadership team as Head of Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the company’s e-commerce ecosystem and ensuring seamless coordination across sales, marketing, inventory, logistics, customer service, and other operational functions. Experience Requirements * Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in operations, preferably with a reputed E-Commerce, Automotive, Retail, or Technology-driven organization. * Proven experience in leading large-scale, cross-functional operations. * Strong track record of building efficient processes and delivering measurable operational results.

Responsibilities

* Lead and oversee *end-to-end e-commerce operations, ensuring efficient order processing, inventory coordination, logistics, delivery, and customer service. * Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives. * Establish and monitor **KPIs, SLAs, operational dashboards, and performance standards. * Drive seamless collaboration among Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, Logistics, Customer Service, Technology, and Finance teams. * Optimize operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalable processes. * Manage manpower planning, staffing, resource allocation, and team performance. * Oversee operational budgets, cost optimization, forecasting, and resource planning. * Ensure smooth coordination with logistics partners, vendors, service providers, and other external stakeholders. * Monitor customer experience and continuously improve service quality and turnaround time. * Utilize ERP, e-commerce platforms, and data analytics to support informed, evidence-based decision-making. * Identify operational risks and resolve complex issues effectively, particularly in high-pressure situations. * Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. * Prepare regular operational performance reports and present strategic insights and recommendations to senior management. * Build a high-performance culture focused on **accountability, efficiency, innovation, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement**.

Qualification
Experience Requirements * Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in operations, preferably with a reputed E-Commerce, Automotive, Retail, or Technology-driven organization. * Proven experience in leading large-scale, cross-functional operations. * Strong track record of building efficient processes and delivering measurable operational results. Educational Requirements Master’s degree or MBA from a reputed university. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline will be considered. Professional or advanced qualifications in operations, supply chain, or e-commerce will be an added advantage.
